Student Concerts

I organise concerts for my students on a regular basis - in school for those having lessons in schools. The purpose of my student concerts is partly professional and partly social. It gives students the opportunity to perform a piece to a friendly audience – so that they are not fazed by performing in front of others at exams and performances. Of course it also makes them practice! The concerts include an opportunity for everyone to meet other students and parents, with a glass of wine or orange juice thrown in.

My most recent student concert was in July 2008 at Arthur Mellows Village College. Concerts for students at Thomas Deacon Academy and Stamford School take place in May 2008

If you are a student reading this, please:
  • Make sure you talk to me about what you might play / sing so I can put details in a printed programme
  • Book a rehearsal time on the day
  • Invite your family / friends to hear you
If you are interested in attending one of these concert and don't have a connection with any of my students, please contact me first. They are not public events and do not have open admission.
